Free users receive 50 messages per day, which reset at midnight UTC.
Parents and guardians can create a separate Parent Portal account to view their child's conversation transcripts, safety alerts, and usage data. Linking requires the child's Ghost Key.
You retain ownership of the content you send to Casper. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your messages in order to generate responses and provide the service.
We do not use your conversations to train AI models or sell your content to third parties.
Casper is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that Casper will be available at all times, error-free, or that responses will be accurate or appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casper AI, Ltd. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Casper name, logo, ghost character, and all associated branding are the property of Casper AI, Ltd. You may not use any Casper branding without prior written authorization.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Casper after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Casper AI subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the account menu inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months. If you experience a billing error, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.
